Hometta: Affordable Modern Home Plans
Manifold is part of the Hometta.com effort to make design accessible and affordable to a large cross-section
of prospective homeowners. This summer, modern home-buyers will gain unprecedented access to design quality
with the debut of Hometta, a modern home plan company offering modest, green home designs from
internationally recognized architecture studios.
Join Hometta for the multi-city exhibit, Welcome Hometta, at the New World Museum in Houston's West End.
The exhibit featuring 24 modern home designs under 2,500 sq ft, on view through August 2, 2009.

New York Renovation
The Schwartz/Lee project required a new design for a small, pre-war apartment in downtown New York.
The new floor plan redistributed rooms to provide a modern use of space, allowing enough
